I'm looking into trying to play vanguard competitively within my locals and I've always played proxy cards with my brother and never really bought any official vanguard cards outside of v series trial decks and overdress start decks. The resent Luard and Shiranui Stride Decksets have caught my eye and I was wondering which of them would be better outside of the box without any sort of upgrades. Im personally interested in playing Luard and as well as Chronojet even if it's an older deckset, Messiah is also an option but I am open to opinions.

Card Layout
As we all know that a deck must be constructed using only 1 language. But marker are not include in the deck and placed from outside the play zone (same as bind zone). The marker that I'm questioning is gift marker and I'd like to know if any other marker will act the same.

Here's my updated Jewel Knight deck build, the rest will be put on display for showcase purposes (If I found a glass case)
Recently i've been play bastion deck up to prime. Simple and power type deck. Love it. but then I've been stuck because of the inconsistency (bad hand) and high cost. Also meet opponent with consistent retire skills and powerful multi atk (4 or more atks with power >40k a unit or column).Then i came up with this decklist below. Judging from the Commercial that was posted on Youtube, they will be using the V Series cards that can be used in the upcoming Decksets which to me is a great way for new players to get introduce to the game
I think for these sets alone, they will also included the Break Ride version since it's the Limit Break revolving deck build, like Ashlei For Jewel Knights, Mordred for Revengers, Wisteria for Cecillia, Eva for Luquier and so on

If a unit retires to summon a new unit does the retired unit activated the effect "When this unit is retired". For example, if I retire Luminosity Wizard to summon a new unit at that (RC), can I activate Luminosity Wizard's "When this unit is retired from (RC)" ?
Do you all thunk that this deck that I made up is to op? Feedback would be nice as doing stuff like this is my hobbies, and this deck is a dark states deck.
Key word : Transfer
When a card is moved from the soul. When a skill has the key word Transfer, that means cards that have the words "when this card is Transfered" or "when a card is Transfered" are able to activate.
