It is a member of the Blue Storm Armada, the elite troop led by Maelstrom. It holds the rank of naval Ensign. It is the leader of a tribe with a long history. The tribe has protected the deep ocean from villains since the old epochs, and its members have done it for thousands of years. Their bodies are unique, in that stones filled with mana grow on their skins as they age, and these stones have many functions based on the emotion of their hosts. With the permission of the tribe members, these stones have been analyzed for many years, but there hasn't been any successful analytical report. In fact, the "Pyroxene" used by Paschal is the by-product of the study. Unlike the stones on the dragons' skins, Paschal's Pyroxene needs to be recharged with mana on a regular basis.
The tribe formed a pact with Maelstrom to join forces only because Aqua Force promised to protect the order of the deep ocean. As long as the promise is kept, the marines shall be protected by thick walls of ice.
What is the Blue Storm Armada?
The general term for the troop lead by the awakened Vice Admiral "Maelstrom". Only elites with outstanding ability in all aspects, such as martial power and tactical intelligence, are allowed to join this troop. Though being unstable, it is said that they can even surpass the Tidal Troops if they exert their true strength. Thus, they have become the center of attention within Aqua Force.
