It is a warrior of "Tachikaze", the ground battle assault troop which mainly consists of "Dinodragons". Similar to "Dark Rex", a Class 1 Dangerous Creature confined in the subterranean jail "Magna Prison", Squall Rex bears the title "Destruction Dragon", but it is not imprisoned like the vicious dragon.
"Squall Rex" is unique among dinodragons for its high degree of intelligence. For this, it is especially reasonable among the warlike dinodragons, and it can suppress the destructive impulses in its mind.
That said, it bears the title "Destruction Dragon", a synonym of dangerous creatures, and there is only one reason. When it releases its destruction impulses, everything around it are doomed to be demolished. As the wrath of the Destruction Dragons strikes a place, grasslands, mountains, towns, castles---everywhere becomes barrens where not even grass can survive.
Those who are slow to anger, could become disasters when they finally lose their temper---this is true. Confronting the furious Destruction Dragon, even the most daring fools would sniffle and accept this truth.
