He was one of the inspectors sent from the Realm of Deities to capture the traitor "Fenrir", but persuaded by "Gleipnir", the ex-leading inspector who follows Fenrir now, he betrayed the Realm of Deities and became Fenrir's subordinates. This nervous and timid young man uses honorifics even when talking with friendly ones, and keeps some distance from everyone. Among all inspectors especially sent to capture Fenrir, he is the only one whose usual workplace is in the Realm of Men, and despite his troublesome personality, he is important to the team for his detailed knowledge in sealing magic. Although he knows what crimes Fenrir had done, this earnest young man secretly admires Fenrir's might and unrestricted living style which he doesn't possess. His weapon is "Rulers' Chain" with a special shape, and instead of defeating opponents directly, this weapon is useful for binding the opponents' actions. With "Gelgja"'s prowess in the manipulation of chains, the chain extends with length proportional to the mana inbued, pursues opponents continuously with accuracy surpassing homing magic, and binds them strongly.
