An Agent of the Covert Ops Unit "Nubatama" who wields dangerous powers. While his fighting skills aren't high, he is able to prevent any movement by his opponents via his Ninja Technique "Evil Eye Prison". It works by constricting the opponent's spiritual body, and its powers don't vanish until he allows it to, making it a sign that his targets' lives have all but ended.
