- Official FAQ
- Effects that your units are immune to include, but are not limited to:
- Retiring
- Locking
- Resting
- Paralyzing/stunning
- Moving to any other zone
- Power alteration of any kind
- Deleting
- Dominating
- Damage
- You cannot be dealt damage by card effects. This includes Supreme Heavenly Emperor Dragon, Dragonic Overlord "The Purge", Zeroth Dragon of End of the World, Dust, or even your opponent's own Gyze.
- Trigger effects
- The only trigger effects that would activate are the draw and heal parts of their respective triggers, as Gyze's effect stops cards from affecting all cards on your field, even by your own card effects.
- This prevents calls and rides of any kind, including superior calls and rides forced upon the Gyze player by their opponent.
- However, locked cards can still be placed. An example of this is Death Star-vader, Chaos Breaker Deluge. If a locked card is placed over a Zeroth Dragon, that Zeroth Dragon is retired, and returns to the G zone face up.
