- This card is very good when used in sync with the Witching Hour series, especially with Demon Bike of the Witching Hour or Hades Carriage of the Witching Hour. By using this card's skill to soulcharge three copies of one the Witching Hour cards, your Rearguard columns can easily reach high numbers.
- Using this card's soulcharging effect the turn you Break Ride it over Dantarian, you can power up your Witching Hour Rearguards even more as well as powering up Reijy himself, making his +2 Critical even more scary.
- You can use this unit's soulcharging skill to soulcharge up to 3 copies of Dimension Creeper and use Dimension Creeper's skill to effectively soulcharge 6 cards, making it a lot easier to get 15 soul for Reijy's +2 Critical.
- You may also ride him more than once to use his soulcharging effect again, as well as building up soul for his effect of getting the +2 Critical.
- Best to use cards with soulcharging effects like Alluring, Decadent, Flirtatious Succubus and Emblem Master to rack up to 15 soul quicker (it's also good in a deck where every card can SC or add a card to soul apart from the witching hour series)
- Put Wertiger Jaeger with this card's second ability to instantly draw three cards.
