In Arthurian legends, Percival is one of King Arthur's legendary Knights of the Round Table, whose father was also stated to (possibly) be King Pellinore. His sister is named Dindrane, and Sir Aglovale, Sir Lamorak, and Sir Tor were his brothers.
As stated in the Blaze Paladin lore, Percival was summoned to replace Blaster Blade in the altered timeline.
- Likewise, he has many things in common with Blaster Blade: he is the confidant of the King of Knights and is an elite knight of the Liberators. He also possesses a sword-like weapon which turns his mana into Bluish Flame, much like Blaster Blade converts courage into power.
- This also reflects Olivier Gaillard's belief that he has inherited Aichi's will.
