Marine Self-Defense Force (海上自衛隊 Kaijō Jieitai) is a race exclusive to a single card in the Etranger clan, Escort Ship "Izumo". The race is a reference to the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, which the ship depicted on the card, the JS Izumo, is a part of.
