Divine Skill (ディヴァインスキル Divainsukiru) is a keyword exclusive to cards with "Fated One" and "Destined One" in their card names, or units related to them, first introduced in DZ Booster Set 01: Fated Clash.
How it Works[]
- "Divine Skill" represents a restriction icon for the number of uses during a fight.
- When there is a change in the game state after a fighter has resolved their Divine Skill ability, they must perform "you cannot use Divine Skill abilities until the end of this fight" restriction for themselves, rendering all of their Divine Skill abilities unable to activate for the rest of the fight.
- Basically, each fighter can only use their Divine Skill ability a total of once per fight among all their cards, regardless of having different card names.
- Like 1/Turn abilities, a Divine Skill ability is optional, even if it has no cost. In that case, the aforementioned restriction will not apply, since the game state has not changed.
