The Extreme Battlers (メチャバトラー Mechabatorā) are a series of cards, that include "Extreme Battler" in their card name, exclusive to the Nova Grappler clan. Introduced in G Booster Set 1: Generation Stride, and they received their first support in V Booster Set 11: Storm of the Blue Cavalry. The deck focuses on standing rear-guards multiple times, and gaining abilities based on the number of times the cards stand by a card ability, usually in conjuction with an Extreme Leader, Exxtreme Battler or Victor vanguard.

Recently, the number of young kid fans of Nova Grapple is increasing drastically. To amuse these adorable guests, a certain team develops series of robos---the "Extreme Battlers" and the reinforced "Exxtreme Battlers". The heroically fighting "Exxtreme Battlers" win popularity among both adults and kids, while the "Extreme Battlers", who have comical looks and fight merrily, attract the eyesight of younger children.
