Suisei Hoshimachi × Vanguard ZERO (星街すいせい × ヴァンガードZERO Hoshimachi Suisei x Vangādo Zero) is a collaboration event in Cardfight!! Vanguard ZERO associated with the Virtual YouTuber of the same name, first introduced in September 2020.

By winning Rank Fights and Character Fights, as well as completing missions, several Hololive Tickets (Suisei) will be dropped, which can be used in the Suisei Hoshimachi Gacha in order to adquire the original card "Idol VTuber, Hoshimachi Suisei" (with a 0.01% chance to be SP).
Subsequent copies of the card are converted into Suisei Medals , for the event-exclusive items.
The original card provides its own ride animation and voice lines.
