Gouki is part of team handsome. He is first seen in episode 14. He defeats Aichi Sendou. Later his team attends the regionals and faces Team Q4. Gouki loses to Aichi, putting his team out of the tournament. He later comes to watch them in the national preliminaries. In the next regional tournament, his team loses to Team Avengers in the semifinals.

Gouki runs a Granblue deck based on the "resurrection" build. Meaning he can quickly retire existing units and then bring them back from the drop zone at any time.
