Protect II marker
A marker (マーカー Mākā) is a type of game object that is not a card for gameplay purposes and is intended to be put into a fighter's game zone or unit to apply certain effects. There are two types of markers: pseudo-card markers and record markers. If an effect during gameplay refers to "markers", it refers to all markers other than token or ticket pseudo-cards.
Pseudo-card Markers[]
Pseudo-card markers behave like cards during a game and count towards the number of cards in a specific zones. The pseudo-card markers are:
- Crest
- Meer's Present
- Imaginary Gift:Protect (I)
- Ticket
- Token (Unit or Set Order)
Record Markers[]
Record markers can be put either on units or on circles. A record marker put a circle does not count as a card on that circle nor as a pseudo-card. A record marker put on a unit is automatically erased when the unit it was put on leaves the field, is locked, or ceases to be a unit. The record markers are:
