Megumi Okura is a character introduced in Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress. She is a member of Team Blackout, and invites Yu-yu Kondo to Dreamland Wonder Hill, where he encounters Vanguard for the first time.
From Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez onwards, she is the current leader of Team Blackout and a university student who works part-time at a card shop. She is a refined lady from a distinguished family and a true prodigy, excelling in academics, sports and etiquette. Despite this, she is also fiercely competitive and easily excitable.
Her insert song is Make a splash!.

- Megumi's surname Okura uses the kanji for "big, great" (大) (o) and "warehouse, storehouse, barn" (倉) (kura).
Appearance[]
Megumi is a girl with long brown hair reaching her waist and green eyes. When she is the amusement park, she wears a blue cap with light brown/ golden lensed glasses up the top of her head and wears a dark blue sweater. She wears a blue denim jacket over the top of her sweater which is buttoned up. When not in the amusement park, Megumi has her hair down. She wears a white shirt under a grey cardigan under a pink blazer with black accents. On the collar of the white t-shirt, a white bow is tied and a black skirt. She also wears black socks and brown boots. Her right bang in held by a golden and red clip, later shown as the gift from Danji.
Personality[]
Megumi admires and noticably has a crush on Team Blackout's leader, Danji Momoyama, affectionately calling him "aniki" (meaning "big brother" in Japanese). She also hates losing. She tends to overreact and misunderstand things, like how she thought about Danji and Yu-yu's relationship. She also tends to worry a lot. Megumi values self-reliance, shown when she takes a job at the card shop Stray Cat to earn money for the cards she wishes to purchase, rather than relying on her family's wealth.

will+Dress Season 1[]
Megumi has been invited by Jinki Mukae as one of the Deluxe tournament participants. She ranked the 2nd Place in Group D, losing to Michiru Hazama but defeating Haruka Soukawa and Tomari Seto. Megumi makes it to the quarterfinals, where she loses to Tohya Ebata, preventing her from reaching the semifinals. She's training relentlessly to perform her best in the tournament, but her heart breaks every time she falls short of victory.
will+Dress D2[]
Megumi has once again been invited by Jinki Mukae as one of the second Deluxe tournament participants. She ranked the 1st Place in Group C, defeating Tohya Ebata and supposedly two other fighters in preliminary then Mirei Minae in quarterfinals. Megumi makes it to the semifinals, where she loses to Raika Koshiba, preventing her from reaching the finals.
Divinez DELUXE Arc[]
It's been about a year since Megumi became the leader of Blackout. Now a university student, she also works part-time at a card shop, leading a busy daily life. Her bond with the members of Blackout has grown even stronger. At her part-time job, customers think highly of her. At university, a new fan club has even been formed. She has become incredibly popular in various places.
Megumi has once again been invited by Jinki Mukae as one of the third Deluxe tournament participants in Group B, losing to Suo Yobitsugi but defeating Suzune Rokuoin.
