With regards to that artist, their twitter is the only consistently updated source of their art. Their pixiv account and personal site have not been updated for some time.
In the case of Stollen, her art was never uploaded by the artist to their account. The same goes for Circular Blade of Strong Lightning, Grizel which they also drew and came from the same set. It is actually not uncommon for artists to selectively upload their works online and in some cases, they release the full art of units months or years after the cards debut.
For now, there isn't much that can be done about the full art for Stollen other than to hope the artist uploads it at a later time.
All of the R+ have their updated English text and names, so you just need to add the images for them. I won't be available until about 11 PM AEST so I'll update the common text then if you don't want to.
I doubt it. They just like shafting us a lot I guess. That or since they've already gave us Reprints in R form since Absolute Judgment, they probably found it to be a tedious thing to change the rarity for us. Personally, I'm still pissed off at how they shafted our G-Units with regular backgrounds.
Because this is the first time I've really felt that English has been shafted regarding a product that was actually released. Contrast to you who thinks this always happens whenever anything is released for English.
It kinda is in my eyes. We've always only got the absolute essentials and basics. Did we get Starter Sets for each and every TD releases? No. Did we get some of the rarer and collectible cards like BBBurst? No. The G-Units not getting the proper background is pretty self-explanatory so I won't even bother with that. Then there is the massive screw up with the Gear Chron Start Deck. It met all the standard requirements as a product of its own, but it had its own major issues that just didn't appeal enough to the market as a whole.
Seriously, the only time where I believed that we got some form of compensation was when the booster sets for the Legion Era was revised to suit our accessibility.
Read when I say product that was actually released in English. Not going to deny that Japan gets a lot of nice content that doesn't reach the English game, but usually when something is released into English, it pretty much matches up to the Japanese equivalent save for I guess Treasure Campaign!.
