"Regalis Piece" represents a continuous ability that adds two restrictions.
Only a maximum of 1 card with the Regalis Piece ability may be included in a deck.
When the player would resolve a card with the Regalis Piece ability during the fight, if they have resolved another card with the Regalis Piece ability before that card, its text is not resolved, and that card is put into the drop zone.
It applies to resolving any of that card's abilities, including an order ability, as well as ACT and AUTO abilities, even if the player chose not to pay the cost of that ability.
