Ryota is a minor character of Cardfight!! Vanguard G.
History[]
Ryota took part in the Vanguard Tournament held at the Dragon Empire. Unfortunately he got knocked over by girls who were wanting to help Shion find the item he needed. Shion then carried Ryota to the medical tent. After being healed, Ryota told Shion he has given up on the tournament as he knows he is not going to win it, but Shion told Ryota that he should never give up. Ryota then watched Shion win the final phase of the tournament.
Ryota made his second appearance when he bumped into Shion at Card Capital 2 Ryota asked Shion if he could train him so he can beat the Masked Ghost but Shion was busy. Ryota ended up fighting the Masked Ghost and he lost his avatar card Brawler, Wild Rush Dragon. Shion arrived and saw Ryota on his knees crying for the loss of his avatar card. Ryota then watched the fight between Shion and the Masked Ghost (finally revealing his identity as Yuya). After Shion managed to win the fight, Yuya fled and Ryota thanked Shion for getting his avatar back.
