"Sakaki Niekawa" is a character from the manga series Another Vanguard: Star Road Asuka. He is one of the tyrants from the card gang "Crown", known by the title 'Doctor Nightmare'. Working under Utsuro Garyu in the distribution of the Karma Cards, Sakaki infiltrated "Crown" to witness firsthand the effects of the cards.
