An evil dragon that has been recognized as a First Class Dangerous Creature. Even though it is listed as belonged to "Tachikaze", but that is only for legal purposes. Currently it is imprisoned in an underground prison where the most evil, most serious crime offenders are taken into custody.
Its rationality has been devoured by the desire to destroy and possesses a very dangerous and ferocious personality. Rather then destroying with a purpose, the act of DESTROYING itself has become its PURPOSE. It is not known whether its body is adapting to its urge of destruction but there are countless blades embedded in its body that are infused with its body fluid which contains a lethal poison. The hollow tyrant that continued to sought after destruction is now waiting, for the time when it is able to trample upon the ground again, and devour everything.
