Tetsu Shinjou is a minor antagonist of the first arc of Cardfight!! Vanguard (V Series Anime). He, alongside Ren Suzugamori, created the Foo Fighter Organization. Due to Ren's general apathy, however, Tetsu essentially manages the entirety of the organization by himself. He later lost his connection to Vanguard due to being deleted, but still continues to research PSYqualia.
Personality
Tetsu has a calm demeanor, and rarely ever gets mad for no reason. He strives to please his childhood friend, Ren Suzugamori, so much so that he has dedicated his time to the study of PSYqualia, leading to the creation of the VF Gloves used by Foo Fighter cardfighters.
Appearance
He wears a long, pale blue trench coat, with vibrant teal accents. The coat itself is sleeveless, revealing a dark grey, long-sleeved shirt. His pants are a similar shade of grey, with his shoes being a few shades darker. He also wears a teal headband in his long, unkempt, purple hair.
