Been thinking that myself actually.
Truth be told I haven't been practicing in premium lately due to the lockdown and stuff, but I have been messing around with Altmile a little bit. So first my "cowardly Altmile" build where I spam Alectos and try to tank up myself up to second stride.
G3s 8: 4 Higher Deity, 4 V-Aerial
G2s 12: 4 Suleiman, 2 Albion, 2 Twin Sword, 2 Septgal, 2 V Livarot
G1s 10: 4 Lunarfang Felax, 4 Damascus, 1 Hope Keeper, 1 Paccgal
G0s 20: 1 Blinking Millius, 3 Alectos, 4 Amulet Pure Eagle (Crit), 4 V Epona (crit), 1 V Flogal (Crit), 3 V Iseult (draw pg), 3 V Elaine (Heal), 1 Remedy Angel (Heal)
G Zone: 4 Twin Sword, 1 Immortal Fides, 1 Blazing Fides, 2 Halbwachs, 4 Luminous Hope, 2 Igraine, 1 Defendhold, 1 Maskkgal
So this build works as it always did, spam Alectos with Damascus, be lucky and draw into many Heals to spam G Guards for Twin Sword or simply tank up to second stride. It works, it's fun, but it doesn't mesh up well with the newer support, that's why it barely changes. Sadly this deck needs Deity Altmile to work. I was thinking though of a premium version of the Standard build which is:
Grade 3s 7: 4 Aerial (V), 3 BSK (V)
Grade 2s 15: 4 Suleiman, 2 Twin Sword, 2 Albion, 2/3 Akane (V), 2/3 Livarot (V), 2 Starlight (V)
Grade 1s 11: 4 Pongal (V), 4 Felax (V), 2/3 Lunarfang Felax
Grade 0s 17: 1 V-Millius, 4 Amulet Pure Eagle (Crit), 4 V Epona (crit), 4 V Iseult (Draw PG), 3 V Elaine, 1 Remedy Angel
G Zone: Doesn't really matter since we'll be striding Twin Sword most of the time right?
So this build plays pretty much like the Standard build early, and switches up to the Premium playstyle once it strides. The game plan is to build a field early with Akane and Livarot to push for decent damage. Ideally you want to ride Aerial and spam as much CB as possible with Twin Sword stride into Suleiman and Albion/Twin Sword. Felax (V) helps you recover your Suleiman discards which is crucial as this deck lacks any draw power. Ideally you'd be burning up all your CB on your Twin Sword turns so that you can use Aerial on your opponent's turn (not sure how effective that will be in Premium) and try to survive in order to end it by second stride. Essentially, this build has a better early game and access to Gifts which in turn make first stride turn much deadlier, but trades away the draw power my first build has. This one is still untested though and there are probably a couple of stuff I left out, but so far I'm happy with how the two supports integrate together.
