The "Uniformers" are those who have gone through the Uniformers training program, receiving exclusive sleeves and a Masques deck as a result. Those that make up the leadership of Uniformers were the antagonists of Cardfight!! Vanguard will+Dress, with their goal being to create the "Ultimate Fight".
Background[]
Before the start of the series, the Uniformers were collecting data from cardfighters all across the globe through various experiments focused on using AI technology to track brainwaves of cardfighters during matches. Jinki Mukae funded the operation through his company, which specializes in AI and space development.
At the start of the series, Masanori Iseki was tasked with watching over Tohya Ebata as he had shown the most potential as a fighter for their research. Eventually, Masanori led Tohya into going down a path only focused on victory, having him drop out of college, and focus solely on destroying various teams across Eastern Japan and burning their banners. Tohya was eventually stopped by the leader of Team Blackout, Danji Momoyama.
The next candidate would be Mirei Minae. Masanori would use Mirei's work as an idol and team leader of Team Daybreak to lure promising fighters into Daybreak, and then slowly bring them into the Uniformers Project, making an elite team out of Mirei and her assistant, Haruka Soukawa to create a campaign of violence of destroying more teams and absorbing them into Daybreak. This came to an end after they were defeated by Team Blackout.
Jinki organized the Deluxe tournament in order to find the best 3 fighters throughout all of Japan, personally inviting 16 front and counter fighters from across Japan to compete. His results proved useful as the strength of a few canidates he has been working on, Yu-yu Kondo, Tohya Ebata and Urara Haneyama bloomed in this tournament and were able to obtain vast amounts of data. However, Danji Momoyama and Michiru Hazama had started their own investigation of the Deluxe Tournament, one of them joining the Deluxe USA, and the other joining the Japanese Deluxe, in order to find any clues on a string of disappearing Vanguard players that have been sweeping the country. Reports have been shown that while these fighters suddenly would leave their lives without notice, without any contact, they would return back home without the memories of what has happened during that time, though with no sign of visible injuries.
