INTRODUCTION[]

At the end, I was not able to end it before december and even now, it is pretty incomplete, but I may as well let you try it.

Game Description[]

Fan-made game that simulates a cardfight vs an AI Fighter. It is not the great deal, but I hope all of you enjoy it or.......at least pretend so, :P.



Until I design my own characters, I have borrowed Fairy Fencer Characters.


Although it would be great to include in-game tutorials that takes effort and I dont have that much time, so please pardon this inconvenient thing. It is possible for me to add in-game tutorials in the future, but for the moment, please refer to http://cardfight.wikia.com/wiki/Standard_Fight_Rules

The game cannot use ACT Soul ( example daibrave ) since I lacked sprites images. They will have to wait a little.

The game is set to allow the activation of triggers even if you dont have a unit of the same clan on the field. This is done to make it easier to use the trigger system you want since the beggining. However, the Lord System is enabled so be careful with that.

The game is fundamentally set to use the keyboard ( yeah , I like it more so deal with it, :P ). There are exceptions ( the cardfight processing uses the mouse ). I planned to allow setting the keys on options, but I dont have time so I will explain a little.

Keys : Ok ( Enter, left button of the mouse ) , X ( A ) , B ( X ), L ( Q ), R ( W ), left/up/down/right ( Keyboard arrows )

st selecting the booster on the back row and / or select attack target selecting a front row opponent's unit.

To see drop zone select the zone on the field.

To move on a selection use arrow keys. The mouse can be used too, but it is imprecise, so I dont recommend using it.

  • Some card descriptions are too long for the area designed for them. To switch page ( for naming it on a way ) of the card description click with the mouse on the card description.
  • To select the starter use the X Key.
  • To switch between deck and Collection use L or R keys.
  • Menu Options                                            

Save Recipe, Read Recipe, Change Deck Name, Delete Recipe, Empty Deck ( Enabled )

Reset Deck ( disabled so there is not point on it )

The game sets TD08 as the one to use when you begin the game. To change deck you can use the Deck Editor Menu ( Read Recipe )

Trial Decks from  the range of 8 to 13 have some changes, so it is not the official cardlist. Legion TD are the same as the official.

The game allows deck editing so you can combine for example TD11 and TD17 on the beginning. Maybe that is not fair, but I dont mind. Use that option as your own choice.

VG-BT10 Triumphant Return of the King of Knights ( complete, but not tested )
VG-BT11 Seal Dragons Unleashed ( not tested ; QF, AF and TK are not programmed, but they can be used, without skills that is. Trans-core Dragon is programmed, though )

Bugs[]

  • Speed. My computer is complete trash, but it works more or less fine, so I dont think there will be a problem there.
  • The opponent will ignore special counterblast and soulblast. Although they have in their majority special oriented decks so they will not cheat most of the time. On the case of the player, the special conditions are required.
  • The cards on the Guardian Circle have a problem dissappearing from the circle. I will work on it.
  • Strike Dagger and Dragonic Descendant ( Limit Break ) crush the game, Gauntlet and Hakusho and Shuki skills on retire are not activated. They are fixed now but I will not upload until I get to fix more bugs.

Future Update[]

I dont know if I will continue with the game but on the case I do this will be the planning.

Due to personal matters there will not be any change of the game at least until the end of February. Moreover, my activity is going to drop a lot these days, so dont bother if I dont answer for a lot of time. I will make sure to check the comments when I can, so go ahead if you want to expose any complains or bugs you encounter.

Even if there are not any update from time to time, if the situation allows it, possible previews of the next update will be uploaded.


Urgent[]

  • Fix booster 10 and 11 and add VG-BT12 Binding Force of the Black Rings
  • Add Stride System.
  • Add Gear Chronicle User and Oracle Think Tank User ( both stride )
  • Unlock Heat Element, Magum and Harmonics Messiah .To get them you will have to fulfill certain conditions.
  • Improve AI System. To put it on blunt words, they are horrible. ( well, I didnt put much effort on them since I was busy with the other parts, but dont worry, they win sometimes, :P. )

Less Urgent[]

  • Add Character Customization ( this will take a while so it is not likely for the next update )
  • Add boy or girl selection. Poor boys, :P.
  • Add QF fighter
  • Add Liberator Fighter.
