Digimon Adventure 01 by finni — Enjoy some digimon nostalgia :3

The words that come back for everyone who watched the original 3 series when you saw this blog, and watched it dubbed... if not... meh... but yeah we've got Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokémon (Gotta catch all~), so why not Pokémon's biggest rival from the past too? It's not like the series is dead.

First of all I'll show you guys some news, since that's the most important stuff :P

So today it's the 15 year anniversary of the digimon anime... yeah I was 1 when this happened, no wonder I barely remembered the anime as a kid. So in honour of this there was an event, which gave a lot of announcements.

The first one: A movie song CD having all the songs from EVERY movie from the original to Savers, the box set will be avaialbe on march(I know what I want for my birthday :P) and will have a drama CD, oh wait this is Japan Only.... Well ...

Also V-pets based on the 8 original partner are up for pre-order... again japan only... it's up for pre-order though.

Good, if you watched it you know that there will be a new digimon anime! And even better it's a sequal to Digimon Adventure, AKA the original anime, so also a sequal to adventure 2 in a way... but yeah HYYYYYYYYYYYYYPEEEEEEEE

The event had come with an English nicovideo site for livestreaming, annd the trailer as well as the official Anniversary page have English versions.

In addition, Netflix has released the first three seasons of Digimon. OK, yes, they were up before, but now, the original Japanese vocals are available with English subtitles. Because of the edited format of the English dub, the English subbed version will be listed as a separate entry.

Game news!

There will a be new fighting game for Xbox 360 and Ps3, it seems to be a 3d fighting game, not much is known yet. It might work similar to the Dragon Ball Z games though.

And to finish it off I'll list off my top 10 favourite digimon

10: Wizardmon, the only non mega or above digimon. He's here for 2 reasons: I love both his digivolution lines (Mistymon and Phantomon Also his death, it was one of the saddest death in digimon history, only topped by Leomon. The one from Tamers I mean.... yeah.. also he's a WIZARD/Hacker from a different server/world. I mean that's pretty awesome xD

9: Apollomon (Whispered) Again another digimon with a dark form, however I like the original form more in this one, being based on the god of the sun and being a lion makes for a great combination. This gives me a 'protagonist would 100% like you vibe' similar to Agumon, because if ain't a dragon they pick lions X3. Which fits for Digimon Dawn, because his counterpart Dianamon gives me more of a 'dark protagonist/rival' vibe which Digimon doesn't really have. That and I love fire~!

8: (Shadow)Seraphimon Again a digimon with a dark form, though not a fan of Daemon, I do love ShadowSeraphimon. The main reason I like him is because of the original anime, with MagnaAngemon being the technically strongest one (Not counting Mega's~) it was a shame Seraphimon only got a small appearance in a movie there, since he has been proven to have AMAZING Power. Also... he has EXCALIBUR ... I'll promise... I won't post it... Only cause the wiki doesn't allow me to post it >.<

7:Plutomon So... yeah an actual evil digimon now. Plutomon is on this list for 2 reasons: 1: He's so 'evil', he's based of the god of death and feared by good and evil (He's more of an anti-hero then evil) 2: He digivolves from the Cerberumon line, not only referencing Hades too, but he is a digivolution of a digimon line I liked but never found to be in my top 10, now they finally are there XD.

6: UlforceVeedramon X/Future Mode The only Super Ultimate on this list for 1 good reason: The design of this looks sooo goooood XD, I never was into 'veedramon'but this digimon is one of the few I like. Infact the Olympus XII and the Royal Knights are 3 of the 4 groups I like which are represented here, the third one will be a bit lower(?) on the list.

Also... Super Ultimate's are awesome and I made him my username on DMO...

5: Lucemon, ALL FORMS

Lucemon is another evil digimon and the representive for the 7 hell princes. Not only was his rookie form the one that gave power the celestial beings, he is also well... Lucifer his powers of both light and darkness makes him one of the strongest digimon EVER. Also.. he has so many awesome forms XD.

4: DarkDramon Darkdramon is here cause of a digimon RP I had and also... he has pretty OP moves, also that design is amazing.... oh and (Ultimate)Chaos mon can't exist without him :P.

3: Beelzemon/BeelStarrmon Digimon Tamers made me love him, from the little impmon wanting power to the power-hungry Demon lord who then had a moment of heart and changed for the better, hos character development made him oe of the deepest characters in the anime, and Beelstarrmon must get a mention for being his female counterpart

2: GrandisKuwagamon This is actually a touching story. On DMO and a digimon game (forgot which one ._., I think Dawn) I both had a Kunemon I called Kuno, and though I never got far I knew he could become this, and robotic armor bug, unfortunately DMO stopped working after a while and I lost my emulator with Dawn, so I also missed Kuno there... the poor guy never had a chance
