Völundr (
How It Works[]
The Völundr is a keyword that allows the play of specific units as Arms Orders and arm them to other units. The keyword by itself has no particular effect, but when written as [Völundr]-"Card Name" it is a continuous ability that has the following effects.
- Cards with this ability can be chosen to be played as Normal Units or Arms Order and follow the particular rulings of the chosen card type.
- In order to play as an arms order, specify one of your vanguards with the indicated "Card Name". If a unit cannot be specified or that unit cannot arm due to an effect, then this card cannot be played as an order.
- When played as an order, this card is put on the circle with the specified unit as a card with the card type Order and sub-type Arms in association with the specified unit.
- A unit armed with a Völundr has the abilities specified by the card's [CONT] ability.
- Units with Völundr are only treated as Arms Orders while they are played on a circle as one.
