"Welcome to Capital!!" is the 8th episode of Cardfight!! Vanguard and the 445th episode of the Cardfight!! Vanguard Anime.
Plot
It's the day of the Halloween Festival. Shinemon Nitta was able to act as the temporary manager of Card Capital, and ran the tournament successfully. However, Rive Shindou was nowhere to be found.
ハロウィン祭、当日。無事、大会を開催できたカードキャピタルだったが、新右衛門は店長としての仕事で大忙し。さらにライブが行方不明となってしまう。
