"Yasuie" (ヤスイエ) is a series of cards with "Yasuie" in its card name exclusive to the Murakumo clan. The archetype was first introduced in G Booster Set 3: Sovereign Star Dragon.
Playstyle[]
The Stride Bearer of Murakumo, Stealth Rogue of Revelation, Yasuie when stridden over is able to select a rear-guard and superior call two additional copies of that unit from the player's deck, playing to the clan's signature strength as well as supporting the skills of any G units that would require multiple copies of a rear-guard. Yasuie in time would gain a heavy association with the Shadowstitch keyword with the majority of his support possessing the keyword as well as his first Stride Fusion in Ambush Demon Stealth Rogue, Yasuie Tenma who with the right setup, is able to inflict a near endless number of rear-guard attacks via his own Shadowstitch skill. Of particular note, the entirety of Yasuie's grade 2 rear-guard support are able to or confer upon other rear-guards the ability to attack from the back row (RC).
The second iteration of Yasuie, Stealth Rogue of the Trial, Yasuie offers a safer stride skill than the original by being able to superior call a copy of any of the player's units to the field while the G unit, Rogue Deity of the Third Realm, Yasuie Gouma uniquely is able to superior call up to two face up Yasuie G units to the player's field. The final G unit of the archetype, Dharma Deity of the Five Precepts, Yasuie Genma is able to superior call a copy of a card from the player's (RC) or drop zone while also carrying a devastating Shadowstitch skill where should his attack fail to hit the opponent's vanguard, all of the player's rear-guards receive additional [Power] and [Critical] .
Returning in V Premium, Stealth Rogue of Revelation, Yasuie emulates it's original stride skill by being able to select two of the player's units and superior call a copy of each from either the deck or drop zone to (RC). At the conclusion of a battle that Stealth Rogue of Revelation, Yasuie attacked, he is able to select a copy of Ambush Demon Stealth Rogue, Yasuie Tenma in the drop zone to superior ride and thus offer an additional vanguard attack, generate additional Accel markers and with the right field setup, superior call additional rear-guards to perform more attacks.
