Zakusa Ishigame is a character introduced in Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress. He is a member of Team Blackout. In will+Dress Season 2, he joins the Uniformers and served as an antagonist in will+Dress Season 3, under the alias of Shirogane.
Name[]
- Zakusa's surname Ishigame uses the kanji for "stone" (石) and "turtle" (亀).
Appearance[]
Zakusa has pale skin, shoulder length, wavy, white hair with a topknot held in place with a hairpin. Most of the time, he keeps his eyes closed. Zakusa wears traditional Japanese clothes.
Personality[]
Zakusa is introduced as a laid back and somewhat absent-minded individual, he enjoys painting when not Cardfighting. It is later revealed that Zakusa was an aggressive and dangerous street punk before being arrested by Tomari, his aggressive side is usually kept in check by Tomari as well as Danji, but he still occasionally shows glimpses of his former self when angered such as when Masanori blew away his cards or when Wonder Hill seemed to be in danger of being demolished.
History[]
At some point before Zakusa joined Blackout, Tomari arrested him due to his delinquency. Tomari brought Zakusa to Wonder Park and taught him how to play Vanguard. At some point later, the two of them started dating.
will+Dress Season 1[]
Zakusa has been invited by Jinki Mukae as one of the Deluxe tournament participants in Group A, where he lost to Yu-yu Kondo, Raika Koshiba, and Taizo Kiyokura, preventing him from reaching the quarterfinals.
